Chart rankings on the Official Nigeria Top 100 are based on a weighted formula incorporating audio and video streams within Nigeria, as well as airplay on radio in the country. It is the first and only standard music chart in Nigeria, providing comprehensive music activity including the official No. 1 song in Nigeria
Kunmie’s “Arike” spends a milestone fifth week at No. 1 on the Official Nigeria Top 100. This week, it tallied 3.17 million on-demand streams (No. 1 on streaming) and 41 million in radio reach (No. 11 on radio).
Zlatan & Fola’s “Get Better” holds at its No. 2 peak for another week after tallying 2.07 million on-demand streams (No. 4 on streaming) and 53.8 million in radio airplay impressions (No. 6 on radio). Zlatan & Fola are part of a select group of artistes who have peaked in the top 2 with multiple entries but never earned a No. 1 single in Nigeria – they have two each. Victony with three and Tiwa Savage with two are the other artistes.
ODUMODUBLVCK’s “Pity This Boy” featuring Victony rebounds to No. 3 on this week’s Top 100 – the song peaked at No. 2 so far on the chart.
Chella’s “My Darling” lifts to a new high of No. 4 on this week’s Top 100 – it tallied 2.62 million on-demand streams (No. 2 on streaming) and 25.9 million in radio reach (No. 35 on radio). It is now challenging for a No. 1 bout on next week’s chart.
Davido’s “Be There Still” retreats to No. 5 after peaking at No. 2 on the official singles chart.
Shallipopi’s “Laho” dips 5-6 while Rema’s former No. 1 “Baby (Is It A Crime)” holds at No. 7 for another week.
Rounding out this week’s top ten; Famous Pluto’s “Na Scra” holds at its No. 8 peak, Faceless & Serotonin’s “Venus” is steady at its No. 9 peak while Asake’s “Why Love” returns to the top ten after peaking at No. 5.
Just outside the top ten;
- Fido’s “Joy Is Coming” departs the top ten after logging 15 consecutive weeks in that region of the chart. It is No. 11 on this week’s Top 100.
- ODUMODUBLVCK’s “Legolas” jumps to a new peak of No. 12 in its first full week of release.
- Ruger’s “Giveaway” with Zlatan hits a new peak of No. 14.
- Zinoleesky’s “Most Wanted” debuts at No. 15.
- Poco Lee’s “Hey Jago” with Shoday & Rahman Jago hits a new peak of No. 16 in its third week on the chart.
- Chief Priest’s “More Money” with BoyPee, Brown Joel & Hyce hits a new peak of No. 30.
